In a recent Instagram Story, which was highlighted by Live Bitez, the 53-year-old mother asserted that she had a fling with the sports icon. In a vintage clip, she suggested Shaq was just one of many celebs she had to turn down over the years!

Among the others allegedly on her list? Iconic names like Usher, 50 Cent, and Ice Cube.

However, Shaquille O’Neal quickly shot back at these audacious claims, stating, “I don’t know this lady,” in an Instagram comment. But not one to back down, Karlissa doubled down this weekend, insisting she has proof of their alleged connection.

“Don’t make me put you in my book now, Shaq 😂,” she teased on social media, referring to him by the intriguing codename “Donovan.” It certainly raises eyebrows about the truth behind her story!

This isn’t the first time she has brought up her supposed past with the former basketball star. Back in 2023 on The Jason Lee Show, she recounted an incident where Shaq attempted to reach out to her when Blueface was born, calling her repeatedly as she settled her baby down to sleep.

“You know I don’t want him to know I got the kids, and couldn’t put him to sleep, so I just stopped answering,” she admitted.

In related news, it appears Karlissa isn’t exactly thrilled with her son’s current girlfriend, Nevaeh Akira, a popular social media figure. Despite Blueface’s apparent lack of interest in the relationship, Karlissa took to trolling Akira for misspelling his legal name in a recent tattoo!
