During a recent livestream, DJ Akademiks shed light on a bold request from 6ix9ine to join forces. Initially, 6ix9ine's team was reportedly budgeting around $300K for the feature, but the reality hit hard when they learned that YoungBoy's label estimated the price at a staggering $1 million.

Akademiks noted that the collaboration could have significant implications for 6ix9ine’s career, especially coming off the heels of his infamous snitching scandal. Interestingly, despite the initial acceptance from 6ix9ine's label to pay the $1 million, when YoungBoy's camp returned to the negotiation table, they upsized their demand to a jaw-dropping $2 million!

Interestingly, YoungBoy confirmed during a Clubhouse chat with Akademiks that he remains open to the idea of collaborating with 6ix9ine, regardless of public perception.

“I’ll do a song with 6ix9ine before I do a song with half of these p***y a** n***as, ya hear me?” he boldly stated. However, Akademiks cautioned him about the potential backlash.

“The industry gon’ kill you for that,” he replied, to which YoungBoy snapped back defiantly. “The industry can suck my d*ck. I ain’t got sh*t ... I ain’t got nothin’ against him.
