According to TheShadeRoom, Papoose took to Instagram to publicly acknowledge Claressa for the first time on Saturday, January 10. Claressa has long expressed her admiration for Papoose, and fans criticized him for only responding after Rihanna's endorsement.
The change in Papoose’s social media behavior originated from Rihanna's playful interaction with fans regarding a resurfaced video of her and A$AP Rocky. A fan humorously noted that the “Bad Gal” looked quite taken with her partner. Rihanna embraced this comparison, revealing she was “Claressa Shields type gone about him.”
Upon getting wind of the compliment, Claressa responded,
“Period @Rihanna only way to be about a good man.”This encouraged Papoose to finally publicly recognize Claressa on his platform.
In his post, Papoose praised Claressa’s beauty and highlighted her “unmatched aura.” He stated,
“Claressa has a big heart… most think she’s so rugged because she’s a fighter. But the way she takes care of her body is on another level.
