The 23-year-old defender has previously donned the Burnley kit while on loan from Manchester City, playing an integral role in the Clarets’ promotion under Vincent Kompany last season.
Harwood-Bellis has represented the England U21 team and has scored four goals in 25 appearances for Southampton this season. Reports indicate that Burnley’s interest is genuine, and the player is open to a potential transfer, either now or during the summer.
