As Diddy spends his days behind bars, reports have emerged of growing frustration among his employees due to delays in their paychecks. According to insiders from TMZ, several staff members have not received their salaries since the Bad Boy mogul's conviction for transportation to engage in prostitution.
While Diddy's finances are currently managed by Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, allegations suggest that payments to attorneys overseeing his civil lawsuits have been slow to emerge, leaving some employees disgruntled. In fact, one member of the team decided to quit in protest of the payment hold-ups.
To compound matters, sources claim that the firm has imposed a strict budget on Diddy's family, limiting their access to his financial resources during his incarceration. Just when it seemed tensions would escalate, Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, came to the mogul's defense, asserting that all personnel and legal teams are, in fact, being compensated adequately.
“Everyone gets paid for their work once it's completed and confirmed, after routine review,” said Engelmayer, dispelling any speculation about unpaid wages.
How Long Is Diddy's Prison Sentence?
Diddy's current residence is Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he’s serving a 50-month sentence following his convictions. Meanwhile, his sons, Christian and Justin Combs, are stepping into the spotlight with their upcoming show on Zeus network, set to air in 2026. The network promises that the project will focus on the brothers' personal experiences rather than endorsing their father's actions.
Zeus Chief Executive Lemuel Plummer emphasized the importance of sharing individualized narratives, ensuring the documentary sheds light on how Justin and Christian are coping in the aftermath of their father's legal troubles.
