Ineffa is a 5-Star Electro character who debuted in Genshin Impact during version 5.8.

While Ineffa will feature as a boosted 5-Star character on her Astral Actuation Banner in version 6.3, she will eventually return to Genshin Impact at some point in the future when the Banner schedule cycles back to her.

Ineffa's kit

Ineffa is a 5-Star Electro character who uses a polearm, and keeping in mind all of the percentages mentioned below are based on Level 1 Skills, here's a summary of Ineffa's kit in Genshin Impact:

• Passive one: Overclocking Circuit - If there are thunderclouds created by Lunar-Charged reactions nearby when Ineffa unleashes Discharge attacks, she will initiate an additional attack, dealing AOE Electro damage equal to 65% of Ineffa's attack. This damage is considered Lunar-Charged damage.
• Passive two: Panoramic Permutation Protocol - When using the Elemental Burst Supreme Instruction: Cyclonic Exterminator, all your party members will gain the Parameter Permutation effect, increasing Ineffa and your own active party member's Elemental Mastery by 6% of Ineffa's attack for 20 seconds.
• Passive three: Moonsign Benediction: Assemblage Hub - When a party member triggers an Electro-Charged reaction, it will be converted into the Lunar-Charged reaction, with every 100 attack that Ineffa has increasing Lunar-Charged's base damage by 0.7%, up to a maximum of 14%.
• Passive four: Flavor Synthesis Unit - When Ineffa uses food, there is a 30% chance of gaining a seasoning ingredient.

Ineffa Normal Attack - Cyclonic Duster

Ineffa performs up to four consecutive spear strikes if tapping the normal attack button. Holding it down instead makes Ineffa consume a certain amount of Stamina to perform a spinning attack.

As with most plunging attacks, Ineffa plunges from mid-air and strikes the ground below for AOE damage on impact, damaging opponents along her path.

Ineffa Elemental Skill - E. Cleaning Mode: Carrier Frequency

Ineffa engages her Enhanced Cleaning Mode when using her Skill button.

This deals a single instance of AOE Electro Damage to nearby opponents, activates her Optical Flow Shield Barrier, and summons the Multipurpose Smart Assistance Unit called Birgitta.

The Optical Flow Shield Barrier absorbs damage based on Ineffa's attack and will absorb Electro damage with 250% effectiveness.

Ineffa Elemental Burst - Q. Supreme Instruction: Cyclonic Exterminator

The Multipurpose Smart Assistance Unit, Birgitta, can use Rocket Punches to quickly clean up opponents! Ineffa shoots Birgitta into the fray, dealing AOE Electro damage and allowing Birgitta to remain on the field.

If Birgitta is already on the field, having been summoned by Ineffa, this Skill will re-summon Birgitta at the target's location and resets her duration.
