Season 1 Reloaded is set to launch in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone on January 8, introducing an exciting crossover event with the Fallout TV series. This major update includes Fallout-themed skins, limited-time game modes, and a unique event pass.
The new Fallout event will bring the wasteland atmosphere to Black Ops 7 and Warzone, featuring operator skins for Lucy, Maximus, and The Ghoul, characters from Amazon Prime Video's Fallout. Additionally, players can expect more vault dweller skins.
The event follows the established pattern of previous Call of Duty IP crossovers, similar to those with TMNT and Squid Game. It features both free and paid event passes filled with various cosmetic rewards, with the paid passes typically priced around $10. Players can unlock The Ghoul and Maximus through the paid pass, while vault dweller skins are accessible via the free pass. Lucy's operator skin can be obtained through a shop bundle, usually costing about $20.
The crossover also introduces limited-time game modes based on the Fallout series. Ghoul Infection takes a unique twist on the classic Infection mode, while Project RADs presents a ghoul-themed Zombies experience. In Warzone, players can engage in the Power-Armor Royale mode, allowing them to don Fallout's iconic power armor and wield miniguns during the battle royale.
Notably, Treyarch's beloved Nuketown map will receive a Fallout-themed redesign for this event, featuring mannequins in blue vault suits to match the atmosphere.
