Earlier this month, exciting news emerged about a new installment in the Life is Strange series. Square Enix has officially announced that the next Life is Strange title is on the way, but fans will need to wait just a few more days for complete details.
The full reveal of the latest installment will take place during a livestream on January 20 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.
Thanks to a leak from Pan-European Game Information, we have learned that the game's title is Life is Strange: Reunion. This new entry will reunite the beloved characters Max Caulfield and Chloe Price.
According to the game’s description, Chloe reenters Max's life while she is a student at Caledon University, urgently seeking Max's assistance. There’s a pressing issue, as the entire campus faces destruction in three days unless Max can use her time-rewinding powers to prevent it. This ability is tied to the traumatic loss of Chloe in the past, raising questions about the consequences Max may face this time around.
The PEGI rating for Life is Strange: Reunion currently lists only the PS5, and it has not yet confirmed its availability on PC or Xbox Series X|S. Additional details regarding the platforms and release dates will follow soon.
In related news, Prime Video has ordered a Life is Strange television series, though it appears the original creators of the game are not involved in this adaptation.
