Electronic Arts (EA) has faced scrutiny over the years, but Hazelight Studios' founder, Josef Fares, is defending the company in a recent interview. Fares, whose studio has collaborated with EA on three projects, emphasized the positive aspects of working with the publisher.
In a conversation with The Game Business, the director of Split Fiction praised many individuals at EA, stating they "respect" Hazelight's creative output and grant them the freedom to pursue their vision. He expressed that he believes, "there’s not a publisher in the world that hasn’t f****d up now and then," highlighting a common narrative in the gaming industry.
