The family of the late Springboks legend Joost van der Westhuizen enjoyed a delightful day out at the SA20 Supersport Park, where his son Jordan and mother Amor Vittone created cherished memories together.

This heartwarming outing attracted plenty of love and well-wishes from rugby fans online, highlighting the bond between mother and son, who continue to navigate life while honoring Joost's legacy.

As they soak up the joys of family time, Jordan, who turned 21 in January 2025, is forging his own identity beyond just being Joost's son. His sister, Kylie, has also been making her mark and frequently appears in their mother’s social media updates.

Amor and Joost, who were married in 2002, welcomed Jordan and Kylie before parting ways. Since Joost's passing in 2017 after battling motor neurone disease, the family has embraced moments together, such as their recent festive celebrations highlighted through shared joy on social media.

In a recent post on Facebook, Amor shared snapshots from their cricket outing, accompanied by the caption:

"Having fun at the SA20 Supersport Park."

Fans Shower Amor and Family with Praise

Social media was alive with positive reactions from followers who admired the family's closeness:

@ChristineDaly: "Beautiful pics. Thank you for sharing."
@JanineSmale: "Amor Vittone, you look happy, my friend."
@NoelineCraig: "Hi Amor, family friends… Stunning pics of all of you. Just love it. I’m so happy for you… You found happiness in your life… You deserve this. It’s what makes you happy… Go out there and live your life to the fullest with your family and kids… A beautiful close bond…"
@BelindaDeniseDeyzelDavis: "Orange Army, my team."
@GowerChantelle: "Be happy, happy… life’s too short not to be. I lost my fiancé to heart disease a year ago, and if I find happiness again, I’ll grab it."
@InaBergh: "Great photos, lovely people, and magical memories."

Jordan’s Star Continues to Rise

As he carves out his own path, Jordan has been making headlines for his dual interests in football and modeling. Unlike his father, who famously dominated rugby, Jordan has shown a passion for football, training with notable youth academies like Valencia and Reading in the UK.

In a touching homage to his father during a Bulls vs Sharks match in 2025, Jordan wore a jersey that referenced Joost's iconic No. 9 shirt, blending sport and legacy seamlessly. His burgeoning modeling career, having signed with Ice Model Management, further emphasizes that he is his own person while still cherishing his heritage.

Amor's New Look Sparks Interest

In earlier discussions, Amor Vittone attracted attention with her new look after sharing recent pictures on social media, prompting speculation about whether her youthful appearance was due to photo filters or potential cosmetic enhancements.
