Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 owners can save big on officially licensed wireless controllers featuring stunning lenticular or glow-in-the-dark designs. Amazon is offering a significant discount on all four editions of the Turtle Beach Rematch Wireless Controller, allowing enthusiasts to grab these for 25% off or more. The standout item in this sale is the Donkey Kong Edition, which is currently priced at $41.61 (originally $60). Eligible customers can apply an extra coupon to further reduce the price to just $31.20.
This controller was launched shortly after the highly anticipated Donkey Kong Bananza on Switch 2. The Turtle Beach Rematch Donkey Kong Edition is the only official Switch controller dedicated to this iconic franchise available at major retailers, making it a must-have for fans. It's also worth noting that the physical edition of Donkey Kong Bananza can be purchased at its lowest price yet at platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
Turtle Beach Rematch Wireless Controller Features
The Donkey Kong Edition controller showcases an intricate jungle scene with the silhouettes of DK and Diddy Kong. The lenticular art creates a striking effect as the characters appear to run through the jungle when tilted. The controller predominantly features greens and blacks with red accents, distinctively representing DK and Diddy Kong.
Technologically, the controller utilizes the tried-and-true PDP Rematch design, which Turtle Beach rebranded after acquiring PDP in 2024. It connects wirelessly to Nintendo Switch consoles via Bluetooth and offers up to 40 hours of playtime per charge. Additionally, it has two back buttons that can be remapped and includes six-axis motion controls.
While the Rematch offers excellent ergonomics and a solid wireless connection, it lacks certain features such as rumble and NFC support for Amiibo, as well as the C Button found on Joy-Con and Pro Controllers. Despite these omissions, it remains a solid and more affordable alternative to Nintendo's pricey options.
Don't miss out on this fantastic deal and the chance to enhance your gaming experience with a uniquely designed controller!
