Springboks captain Siya Kolisi was spotted in Jeffreys Bay, igniting chatter about a budding romance with social media influencer Rachel John.

The recent sightings come on the heels of Kolisi's confirmed split from his former wife, Rachel Kolisi, with whom he is amicably co-parenting their two children.

In June 2026, Kolisi is set to return to the DHL Stormers, a move influenced by his desire to stay close to his family.

Kolisi’s love life has taken center stage as rumors swirl around his connection with Dutch influencer Rachel John. The speculation intensified after Kolisi was seen in Jeffreys Bay where John, who describes the area as her South African home, shared on Instagram her return to the locale on January 4.

After John's post, Kolisi's presence in the area sparked fresh excitement among fans, with relationship rumors brewing since late November.

In December, Kolisi added fuel to the fire by leaving a flirtatious comment on one of John's Instagram posts.

Kolisi’s Life Post-Separation

After over a decade together, Kolisi and his former wife Rachel Kolisi announced their separation in October 2024. Their commitment to co-parenting their children, 11-year-old Nicholas and 9-year-old Keziah, remains strong, with both stating that their decision stems from mutual love and respect.

They noted that while their relationship has changed, they will always prioritize their children’s well-being, emphasizing a supportive friendship.

Romance Rumors Heat Up

The sparks between Kolisi and Rachel John ignited when onlookers spotted her beside him at the ATP Tour Finals in Turin last November, shortly after Kolisi's match against Italy. Their interaction on social media has further fueled speculation about a possible new love in Kolisi's life, though neither has officially confirmed the relationship yet.

John, who hails from Amsterdam with a Dutch mother and Nigerian father, has a deep passion for travel and wellness. She has expressed her affection for South Africa, saying,

“South Africa stole my heart.”

Family Comes First for Kolisi

Amid the personal developments, Kolisi remains a significant figure in rugby, with his move back to the Stormers expected to bring him closer to his children living in the Western Cape.

On December 20, Kolisi shared a heartwarming moment at the Sharks’ thrilling 14-12 victory over the Vodacom Bulls, bringing Nicholas and Keziah onto the field for an unforgettable celebration as showcased across social media.

Stay tuned as we follow the latest updates on Siya Kolisi's journey both on and off the rugby field!
