The latest 3.0 update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduces a wealth of free content and exciting crossovers with Splatoon and The Legend of Zelda. Players can acquire specific Amiibo figures to invite new villagers and unlock themed items for their islands. Crossover Characters from Splatoon and Zelda

With the 3.0 update, you can add four new Nintendo characters as visitors to your island: Mineru and Tulin from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, along with Cece and Viché inspired by Callie and Marie from Splatoon.

Each character has specific Amiibo figures that can be used to invite them to your island. The complete lists for each character are detailed below.

Note: You must have the new 3.0 version of the game to access this content. To check your version, look for a number starting with 3 at the top right corner of the main menu screen.

How to Use Amiibo

To utilize any of the Amiibos below, visit the Nook Stop ATM at the Resident Services building. Interact with the ATM, select the "Invite a camper" option, and choose a compatible Amiibo to invite the character to your island's campsite.

Inviting crossover characters also unlocks themed furniture and clothing items, which can be accessed via the "Promotional" tab in the Nook Shopping menu, available at the Nook Stop ATM or the Nook Shopping phone app.
